Two of the opposite sounds against advanced research park are about
how will the organization of Chung Hsing New Village become and how will wastes
made by the research park be treated now and after the expansion of it. This annotation
takes an biomedical research park in UK, Granta Park, as an example. Granta
Park’s environment is similar as Chung Hsing New Village’s. It is going to show
you to what extent a high-quality advanced research park should be organized
and managed.

Tina: Last time I said that I am worried about the Advanced Research Park enter and they want to expand their land and how do they deal with the waste, and also because in the former article I talked about I am worried about the landscape in Chung Shin New Village will be destroy. So in this article I want to share a biomedical park, Granta Park, to be my example, if the governmnet really want to expand the research park, how will be the good and appropriate way to organize the new village. First, I want to talk about Granta Park. It is located in the Cambridge Science Park, it is a little bit like a rural place because research need a bigger space to place. there are focus on the research not the producing. Last week I have talked about that the Central park has garantee that there will be no producing in the chung shin new village. There is only research, and Granta Park has the same situation. Also, Granta Park's entering didn't destroy the landscape too much. THey also collect the waste and sold to professional bussiness to deal with the waste. There will be no pollution. In conclusion, if chung shin new village can imitate the exaple of Granta Park,maybe it could be a good chose and organization management.

G:Do you know if they want to improve their economy or they want to do research there?
T: They focus on research.
G: Is really like chung shin new village"s situation?
T: Yes, central research park gurantee that there will be no productive activities, there are only research. But what am I worried about is during the process of experiment there still may be some pollution waste and how to treat those desort.
G: maybe they need to set the law like this cambridge science park have the standard of this.And I think your struggle is clear because I can understand I want to let me know how the other country do well in this park. You talk about little history and also the general. In the next section you talk about how beautiful and how the economy. The company can go there and walk.
T: It talks about the vehicle's safety. They design a road that you can only exit or enter. So there is no opposite side for cars. In Taiwan you can see not many people go in the same direction of line. So people go this and some go there and the passengers may suddenly come out to different directions. But in here, there are only one direction to go. There are some cameras to make sure everyone's safety. Police could find out who doesn't obey the transportation law.
G: If they didn't follow the rule, will there be punishment?
T: just like Taiwan.
G: I think this one is also if the bear come to hurt the people, and it can be evident for how to deal with the animal. Is it an open park
T: I am not sure.
G: I would like to know if your village change like this kind of park, will you change your original mind of that they come onto your village?
T: It is a good question. This is kind of a silution, my thinking about the solution is quite similar to this one. because the expansion of Advanced Research Park should not destroy the historical heritage. so this kind of example they gurantee no destruction. but still I think government should make detail observation for chung shin new village geography and the residents living habit.

T: I think when the research are planned to build, there will always be opposite sound, but I not sure if it is strong. maybe it is not quite strong because they do a god job on preserve the landscape.
G: How do you think that which one is more wonderful that you want to promote to the government and say that you need to apply this kind of resolution in the science park in your village?
T: In my third paragraphe, they garantee our building are, for example, they reconstructing and organized the place and not to confirm the original style of landscape, and it could be imitate by central park. In the Advanced research park, if the residents want to build house, they should build the similar style as the original, and not destroy their original living life.
G: I think it's a very good point. Maybe you can put insidur your idea about chung shin new village to combine in the article. You can write such as chung shin new village should apply this resolution to set up or should built like that and perserve the history, or you can write about that you are worried about the pollution. We more clear that we really need to imitate Granta Park.

G: I think this article is really a good struggle for us to think if we should build the central park or not. Whether I should support it or.
T: Maybe I should be more open minded to accept different voice from different side and finally come up with a complete and concrete resolution.
