What is a Good Advanced Research Park supposed to be equipped with?

Two of the opposite sounds against advanced research park are about how will the organization of Chung Hsing New Village become and how will wastes made by the research park be treated now and after the expansion of the research park. This annotation takes a biomedical research park in UK, Granta Park, as an example. Granta Park’s environment is similar as Chung Hsing New Village’s.
